YOUR VOICE, YOUR VOTE
You don’t have to wait until Election Day — early voting starts on Friday, September 19 and runs through Monday, November 3. You can vote either early in person or by mail.
Pre-register to vote by October 14, 2025 (paper deadline 5:00 p.m., online deadline 11:59 p.m.). If you miss that date, you can register on Election Day or while voting early — just bring proof of residence (like a utility bill, lease, or valid Minnesota ID with your current address).

Vote by Mail (Absentee Voting)
You can apply for a ballot online or with a paper form. Ballots will begin being mailed out on September 19. The recommended deadline to apply is October 28, to ensure you have enough time to receive and return your ballot. If you return your ballot by mail, it must arrive by 8:00 p.m. on November 4. If you drop it off in person, the deadline is 5:00 p.m. on November 4.
